Britain has many national treasures – the Queen, the Crown Jewels, and of course Yorkshire Puddings! Reform Social and Grill is London’s most patriotic British-themed restaurant. That’s why, Reform went the extra mile to show their appreciation for the best of British culinary gems – the Yorkshire pudding. Starting as a very special limited-edition selection, the menu was made a permanent addition.
We promise, you’ve never tasted Yorkshires like this before! The special menu has two sections, allowing you to choose between savoury and sweet. The Savoury Yorkshire Platter is a trio of puddings, the first filled with succulent salt beef, horseradish, and water cress, the second with beautifully hot smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives and the third with the best of British Tunsworth cheese and truffle. If you’re in the mood for something sweet or simply love Yorkshires so much that you want to move on to the next platter for your dessert, the Sweet Yorkshire Platter is for you. Sweet Yorkshire puddings might sound bizarre, but your taste buds will tell you otherwise as you sink your teeth into this appetizing trio. This includes the decadent chocolate and caramel yorkie, followed by a sugared doughnut-come-cream-tea-style pudding filled with clotted cream and jam, and a delicious banana and custard Yorkshire pudding to finish.
These fantastic treats are a new take on the ‘slider’ platter in the most British and delicious way possible. What’s more, each platter is only £8 for three puddings, so there’s no reason not to go back for more and more and more…all in the name of celebrating a Great British National treasure.
